    • A firearm was used in 1,199 or 37.6% of the robberies reported.
    • A knife or cutting instrument was used in 315 or 10.0% of the reported robberies.
    • Other dangerous weapons, not specifically coded or fitting one of the other categories, were used in 355 or 11.1% of the robberies.
    • Strong-arm tactics were responsible for 1,317 or 41.3% of the robberies.
